I provided Motion Graphics Animations for web series 'The Extra Fit with Sam Thompson', presented by Extra Gum on YouTube, specifically episodes 2-4. Direction for the cutaway moments and kinetic text was provided by George, and I did my best to match the vision and tone of the first episode.
I took the rough cut provided by the editor, cutting the footage at the appropraite timecodes in Premiere. I then used Dynamic Link to create compositions in After Effects to add the requested motion graphics or animated text.
These individual compositions were then exported, labelled to the timecode referenced in the instructions, with the kinetic text being provided in a video with a transparent alpha channel.
I then exported the full Premiere sequence, which was used by the editor as reference to be sure our frames lined up correctly.
